Margin per order is only half the picture. Here is how a full calendar can still add up to a loss, and where the Dashboard's twelve months of profit catches it.
Every order carries its own margin
Columns M through O on the Pipeline total the four cost buckets for that row, materials, labour, vendor, and other, subtract them from the price, and turn the result into a percentage. A wedding cake priced at Rp 1,500,000 with Rp 950,000 in total cost shows a profit of Rp 550,000 and a margin of about 37%, worked out the moment you finish the row. You read column O and know instantly whether that job was worth taking.
