Setting a price that covers everything
The Products sheet does the arithmetic. This is what each number in it actually means, using a batch of nasi kotak as the example.
Materials and labour set the floor of your cost
A batch of 20 nasi kotak that costs Rp 500,000 in materials and Rp 300,000 in labour works out to Rp 40,000 a box before anything else, Rp 800,000 total divided across 20 boxes. That is the first part of column E on the Products sheet: materials plus labour per batch, divided by units per batch. It is the number people price off when they only look at the shopping receipt, and on its own it is always too low.
